We are based in Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire, but we’re happy to travel further afield. For events outside our local area, a mileage or delivery fee will apply — just let us know your venue and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

Our standard hire is 4 hours, which is perfect for an afternoon reception or evening entertainment. However, we can adjust this to suit your plans — simply ask if you’d like a longer or shorter hire.

A 9-hole setup requires approximately 10m x 10m of flat space. This can be grass, gravel, or hard standing. If you’re unsure whether your venue can accommodate the course, we’ll be happy to advise.

Yes! Our course can be set up indoors as long as there’s adequate space and the venue is happy to host it. If you’d prefer to keep it outside, we can also provide marquees to cover the course if required.

To keep the game flowing, we limit play to around 20 people on the course at one time. Our event staff manage this smoothly, ensuring that everyone has the chance to enjoy a round.

We’ve never found a venue that didn’t love our wedding mini golf! Most are very accommodating, and we’re always happy to provide copies of our insurance documents and risk assessments if your venue requests them.

We recommend booking as soon as possible — our calendar fills quickly, especially in peak wedding season. To secure your date, we require only a small deposit, with the remaining balance due 28 days before your wedding.

Absolutely. From customised scorecards and golf balls to bespoke prizes and even course décor, we love tailoring the experience to your day. Nothing is usually off limits — if you have an idea, let us know!
